Therapeutic Style
It can be described as active, non-judgmental, ‘present’, and curious. To help support skill building, self-knowledge, and physiological regulation, I regularly offer somatic exercises, readings, and brief reflective exercises to complete out of session. My love of knowledge and desire to learn has led my professional peers to call me “our resource person.”

A Judgment-Free & Inclusive Therapeutic Environment
I’m intentional in fostering an inclusive therapeutic environment. I believe that people should feel safe, understood, and genuinely cared about in therapy.
In their everyday lives, many people repetitively check parts of themselves at the door to avoid upsetting or disappointing others, due to holding different values, lifestyles or identities. I deeply encourage people who meet with me to simply come as they are. This is their time and space to explore what matters most to them. And I am all here for it!
I welcome people of all ages, classes, races, disabilities, sexual orientations, religions, national or ethnic origins, and gender expressions.
Let’s get started.
